- 5+ years in sheet-metal / automotive manufacturing
- Hands-on press forming experience
- Experience in gas cutting and/or plasma cutting
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of press dies and tooling
- Knowledge of cutting/forming parameters
- Ability to identify cutting and forming defects
- Basic quality inspection and measurement
- Production target achievement
- Manpower handling
- Breakdown/problem-solving capability
- Automotive component manufacturing experience
- Strong shop-floor discipline and safety awareness
