Job Summary
We are looking for a SAP PP – Production Data Entry Executive to support our Production and PPC operations by maintaining accurate and timely production-related data in SAP.
The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning), good computer skills, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data accurately into the SAP system.
- Update production orders, confirmations, and related production transactions in SAP PP.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities, rejection, rework, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with the Production, PPC, Stores, Quality, and other departments for data collection and verification.
- Ensure timely completion of SAP production entries.
- Verify production data before and after SAP entry to avoid errors.
- Maintain production-related reports and records.
- Identify discrepancies in production data and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Support daily and monthly production reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company production information.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP PP / Production Planning.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with production-related data and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn SAP processes and manufacturing operations.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Candidates with SAP PP training or experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with basic SAP knowledge can also apply.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in SAP data entry, production data entry, PPC, or a manufacturing environment.
- Freshers with relevant SAP PP knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing / production industries.
- Basic understanding of production processes.
- Comfortable working with SAP and Excel.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
