Production & Productivity
· Execute daily production plans and achieve shift-wise production targets.
· Monitor manpower, machine utilization, line balancing and improve OEE.
Minimize downtime by coordinating with Maintenance, Quality and Process Engineering
Quality
· Ensure products meet approved quality standards.
· Reduce defects and rework through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
· Support continuous improvement using quality and customer feedback.
Cost Optimization
· Drive waste elimination and material optimization.
· Support cost reduction projects aligned with AOP targets.
Delivery
· Execute production schedules to achieve OTIF targets.
· Coordinate with Planning, Stores and Dispatch for smooth production flow.
Safety
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
· Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.
People Management
· Lead operators, technicians and contract workforce.
· Train teams on SOPs, TPM, quality and safety practices.
Continuous Improvement
· Drive Lean, TPM, Kaizen and 5S initiatives.
· Track KPIs and support automation and process improvement projects.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
