Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing site teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving business performance across the assigned cluster.
The role requires frequent site visits, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage manpower, service quality, and client satisfaction across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple client sites within the assigned cluster.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and workforce productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and support Site Managers, Supervisors, and operational staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high service standards.
- Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, recruitment, housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams for smooth operations.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities for service enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely mobilization of new sites and smooth transition of operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations management, facility management, hospitality, or a similar industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple sites and large operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of manpower deployment, client servicing, and operational planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in facility management, housekeeping, hospitality, or support services.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience handling large teams and multi-site operations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
