Overview
Mars India is a specialized manufacturer of automotive components, including LSM (Lumbar Support Motor), VBM (Vent Blower Motor), and PCB Assembly. We are seeking a disciplined and highly skilled Procurement Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced, excellence-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and components
- Develop and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts
- Ensure timely material availability aligned with production schedules
- Drive cost optimization and sourcing efficiency
- Maintain supplier performance and relationships
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams
Common Requirements
- Korean Business Culture: Familiar with Korean corporate reporting styles (data-driven, fast-paced, deadline-oriented)
- Language Skills: Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory); Korean preferred
Reporting: Strong skills in Excel/PowerPoint for MD-level reporting
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
