Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Dealer Relationship Associate to build and manage relationships with used vehicle dealers across India. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in negotiations, and passionate about sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact used car and two-wheeler dealers across India through outbound calls.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new dealer partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing dealers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable OneVahan services.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Follow up with prospective dealers until successful conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal Operations, Documentation, and Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth execution of dealer cases.
- Achieve individual sales and onboarding targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company services, pricing, and RTO processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Tele Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Relationship Management.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish (basic English communication is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-up-based sales.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is preferred.
