Job Responsibilites
- Sort and grade tea according to leaf size, appearance, and quality standards.
- Remove stalks, fiber, dust, and defective tea particles.
- Separate tea into the required grades as per production specifications.
- Monitor sorting equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Prevent contamination by following food safety and quality procedures.
- Minimize product loss and handle tea carefully during sorting and packing.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of orthodox tea grades and quality standards.
- Ability to identify different tea grades and remove defects.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to operate sorting and grading equipment.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
