Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Execution Head / Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, team leadership, budget management, quality control, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and finalize project execution strategies in coordination with senior management.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Establish systems and processes for efficient construction management and timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays.
- Manage project budgets, approve expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety, and progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, budget updates, and performance reports for senior management.
- Maintain complete project documentation, including quality records, progress reports, and project close-out documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in construction project execution, preferably in real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end construction project execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety standards.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, Excel, or similar project management tools is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Familiarity with statutory approvals, construction regulations, and quality management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
