About the Role
We are looking for a PCB Wiring & Electronics Intern who has a basic understanding of electronics and a strong interest in PCB wiring, soldering, assembly, and hands-on electronic work.
The ideal candidate should be willing to learn practical PCB-related activities, work carefully with electronic components and wires, and support our engineering and production team in day-to-day electronics assembly and wiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PCB wiring, soldering, and basic electronic assembly as per drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions.
- Assist in connecting wires, connectors, terminals, switches, and electronic components to PCBs and assemblies.
- Read and understand basic circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts.
- Perform continuity testing and basic electrical checks using a multimeter.
- Assist in identifying and rectifying basic wiring and soldering issues.
- Support PCB assembly, rework, modification, and repair activities under supervision.
- Ensure proper wire routing, soldering quality, insulation, and component connections.
- Assist engineers and technicians during testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies.
- Maintain proper handling of PCBs, electronic components, tools, and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety, ESD precautions, and quality procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of completed wiring and assembly work.
- Take up other hands-on electronics-related activities as assigned by the engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits.
- Basic knowledge of soldering and PCB wiring will be an advantage.
- Ability to use a multimeter for basic measurements and continuity testing.
- Basic ability to read circuit or wiring diagrams.
- Candidates with little practical experience in PCB wiring, soldering, or electronics assembly are preferred.
- Freshers with strong interest in hands-on electronics work are also encouraged to apply.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work carefully with small electronic components.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on engineering environment.

- Have a genuine interest in PCB wiring and electronics hardware.
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work rather than only theoretical work.
- Have basic exposure to soldering, wiring, PCB assembly, or electronics projects.
- Are comfortable working with tools such as a soldering iron and multimeter.
- Are disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn from experienced engineers.
- Can identify basic wiring mistakes and troubleshoot them logically.
