Job Summary
We at MACLEC Clean Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and organize goods efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to transport materials, products, and pallets within the production facility.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Stack, store, and retrieve materials in designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure all materials are handled without damage.
- Follow warehouse inventory procedures, including scanning and recording stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Comply with company safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock verification as required.
- Support other warehouse operations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license (where applicable).
- 1–3 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling practices.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, or pallet trucks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required
Working Conditions
- Indoor production and/or outdoor loading areas.
- Prolonged periods of operating forklifts.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
- Standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
