Position Summary
The Wellness Center Manager is responsible for the overall operations, growth, customer experience, and financial performance of the wellness center. The role requires a dynamic leader who can manage multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, ensure exceptional patient care, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive business development while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and service.
The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic healthcare and possesses strong leadership, operational, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
· Oversee the daily operations of the wellness center.
· Ensure smooth scheduling of consultations, therapies, diagnostics, and wellness programs.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and patient safety.
· Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
· Coordinate with all departments for seamless service delivery.
2. Team Leadership
Manage and supervise:
· Ayurveda Physicians
· Naturopathy Doctors
· Homeopathy Physicians
· Yoga Therapists
· Physiotherapists
· Nutritionists
· Therapists
· Reception & Front Office
· Pharmacy
· Housekeeping
· Administrative Staff
Responsibilities include:
· Recruitment and onboarding
· Staff scheduling
· Performance management
· Training and development
· Conducting weekly team meetings
· Building a positive workplace culture
3. Patient Experience
· Ensure every patient receives exceptional service from inquiry through follow-up.
· Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.
· Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements.
· Develop and maintain patient retention programs.
· Supervise customer feedback systems.
4. Business Development
· Increase patient footfall through local outreach and partnerships.
· Build relationships with corporate organizations, schools, hospitals, and community groups.
· Develop wellness packages and membership programs.
· Promote preventive healthcare initiatives.
· Support marketing campaigns and community wellness events.
5. Financial Management
· Monitor daily revenue and expenses.
· Achieve monthly revenue targets.
· Optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.
· Prepare monthly performance reports.
· Monitor package sales, memberships, and repeat visits.
6. Marketing Support
Coordinate with the marketing team for:
· Social media campaigns
· Wellness workshops
· Health camps
· Educational seminars
· Community outreach
· Referral programs
Assist in creating promotional strategies for all wellness services.
7. Vendor & Inventory Management
· Manage procurement of medicines, supplements, wellness products, and consumables.
· Maintain adequate inventory levels.
· Coordinate with vendors and negotiate pricing.
· Monitor stock usage and reduce wastage.
8. Quality Assurance
· Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Ensure high-quality patient documentation.
· Conduct regular audits.
· Monitor service quality across all departments.
· Ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Technology & Administration
· Oversee appointment scheduling systems.
· Manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR), if applicable.
· Ensure accurate billing and reporting.
· Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
· Generate operational and management reports.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Master’s degree (MBA/MHA) preferred.
· 5–10 years of experience managing a healthcare facility, wellness center, hospital, clinic, or hospitality operation.
· Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,425.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
