Assistant Manager / Manager, Quality, Risk & Compliance Management

What this job involves:The person in this role will be doing the following key jobs:
Fulfill contractual scope of work and mitigate inherent risks as part of client delivery, ensuring smooth execution of assigned projects.
Conduct periodic risk audits at various sites to identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize them.
Provide key accounts support by conducting soft services, labor compliance, and security audits as per the annual calendar audit plan.
Train and develop the site team on key processes including procurement, planned preventive management, invoicing, and contract management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Utilize expertise in benchmarking best practices to drive continuous improvement in overall efficiency and productivity of risk management processes.
Ensure compliance with labor and building laws, staying updated with the current legislation and industry standards.
Collaborate with the ethics team to conduct thorough root cause analysis, identify control gaps, and mitigate process gaps at the site level.
Provide support in revenue generation for commercial and residential business, leveraging the scope of work and aligning with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in risk management, preferably within the real estate or commercial property sector.
Strong knowledge of labor compliance, building laws, and industry regulations.
Excellent analytical skills to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Ability to lead and train site teams, ensuring understanding and adherence to key processes.
Strong communication skills to interact with key accounts and stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in using risk management tools and software.
