Key Responsibilities
- Develop Lesson Plans: Create tailored educational materials suited to individual student goals and learning styles.
- Assess Progress: Regularly evaluate reading comprehension, writing mechanics, grammar, and conversational fluency.
- Provide Feedback: Offer constructive criticism and actionable guidance to help learners improve continuously.
- Test Preparation: Prepare students for standardized exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, or school assessments).
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certifications: TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certifications are highly preferred for ESL or online tutoring roles.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional patience, and strong interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
