We are looking for a proactive Facility Officer to supervise ground staff, manage daily office operations, and ensure smooth administrative workflows across our branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Supervision: Oversee daily tasks, attendance, and performance of office boys, housekeeping, and pantry staff.
- Roster Management: Create and maintain weekly shift schedules and duty rosters to ensure seamless operational coverage.
- Regular Branch Visits: Conduct frequent branch inspections to audit cleanliness, monitor staff efficiency, and check facility compliance.
- Facility Maintenance: Identify repair or supply needs during branch visits and coordinate with vendors to resolve them promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in facility operations, administration, or a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience in creating staff rosters.
- Mobility: Must be willing and ready to travel frequently for regular branch audits.
