Job Description
We are looking for a Diploma (Polytechnic) holder in Electrical Engineering to join our Service Team as a PLC & Automation Service Engineer.
The role involves installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, and troubleshooting of industrial machines and automation systems at customer sites across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, electrical control panels, and industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of industrial sheet metal machines at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machines.
- PLC programming, troubleshooting, and basic modifications (Delta, Siemens, Omron).
- VFD programming, parameter configuration, and commissioning (Delta).
- Basic SCADA configuration and troubleshooting.
- Electrical control panel wiring inspection and fault diagnosis.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and PLC I/O layouts.
- Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, VFD, and automation-related issues.
- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams during installation and service activities.
- Prepare service reports after every customer visit.
- Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.
- Travel across India for machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer support.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma (Polytechnic) in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Only Diploma holders are eligible. B.Tech/B.E. and ITI candidates are not eligible for this position.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial electrical site work, machine installation, commissioning, or automation servicing.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, and industrial automation systems preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Own Two-Wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Positive attitude, learning mindset, and ability to work independently at customer sites.
