We are looking for a polite, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist for a hospital. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing the front desk, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors at the hospital front desk.
- Handle patient registration, appointment booking, and OPD/IPD inquiry coordination.
- Guide patients regarding doctors’ availability, consultation timings, departments, and hospital services.
- Maintain patient records, registration details, and front desk documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing desk, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information to patients and visitors.
- Manage billing-related coordination, token system, and patient queue management if required.
- Handle admission and discharge-related front desk support as per hospital process

Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / Hospital Receptionist will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of hospital front desk operations will be an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
