About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CNC/VMC Technician to join our precision manufacturing team at Winone Precision Technology India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC and VMC machines, a basic understanding of G-code and M-code programming, and the ability to read engineering drawings using AutoCAD software.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components as per drawings
· Read and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD software
· Write and edit basic CNC programs using G-code and M-code
· Perform in-process inspection using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments
· Ensure all component dimensions are within specified tolerances
· Coordinate with team members and handle manpower allocation on the shop floor
· Maintain basic daily/shift production reports in MS Excel
· Perform routine machine maintenance and report any abnormalities to the supervisor
· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area (5S standards)
Requirements & Qualifications
· Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (minimum)
· Experience: Minimum 2 years, up to 3+ years in CNC/VMC machine operation
· Hands-on knowledge of CNC and VMC machine operation
· Basic understanding of CNC programming – G-code & M-code
· Ability to read engineering drawings using AutoCAD software
· Basic Knowledge of measuring instruments – Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges
· Basic computer skills – MS Excel for shift reporting
· Experience in manpower handling / team coordination on shop floor
