Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven SEO Specialist with strong technical expertise and the ability to lead and guide a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and implementing advanced SEO strategies while mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings
- Perform in-depth keyword research and implement on-page optimization (meta tags, content, internal linking)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site structure, indexing, crawlability, and performance
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies, including outreach and directory submissions
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Analyze SEO performance and generate actionable reports and insights
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Lead and mentor junior SEO team members, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables
- Identify opportunities for continuous optimization and process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with proven results in improving rankings and traffic
- Strong understanding of:
- On-page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Off-page SEO (link building, directory submission, outreach)
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Experience in leading or mentoring a team is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Profile
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings
- Experience handling multiple websites or clients
- Exposure to SEO strategy planning and execution at scale
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
