Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Branch Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in retail showroom management, preferably in mobile, electronics, or consumer durable sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and achieve sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and monitor showroom staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Handle stock management, billing, and inventory control
- Monitor daily sales reports and branch profitability
- Maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
- Resolve customer issues and operational challenges effectively
- Coordinate with warehouse and head office teams
- Train and guide employees to improve productivity
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
