Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food Production Faculty / Teacher/ Lecturer who can train, guide, and teach students in professional cookery to Hotel management graduates. The role requires strong practical knowledge of kitchen operations along with the ability to conduct engaging theory and practical classes.
The candidate should be capable of handling kitchen labs, maintaining discipline and hygiene standards, and preparing students for internships, competitions, and global career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Food Production including Indian, Continental, and basic Bakery & Patisserie
- Conduct practical kitchen sessions and theory classes
- Train students on professional kitchen standards and presentation skills
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI/HACCP standards in labs
- Mentor students for internships, placements, and competitions
- Support institute events, food festivals, and academic activities
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance of students
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience (teaching or hotel industry kitchen experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality with Food Production specialisation
- Strong practical knowledge of kitchen operations and food production techniques
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
