Bachpan Play School is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator and be capable of designing innovative and attractive packaging for educational products, DIY kits, activity kits, and other learning materials while ensuring functionality, brand consistency, and print quality.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative and innovative packaging for educational products, activity kits, DIY kits, and learning materials.
Develop packaging concepts, labels, box designs, inserts, and product branding.
Create print-ready artwork and ensure accurate dimensions, layouts, and specifications.
Collaborate with the product development, marketing, and procurement teams to create visually appealing packaging solutions.
Coordinate with printing and packaging vendors to ensure high-quality production.
Maintain brand consistency across all packaging and product designs.
Edit and enhance product images, illustrations, and visual assets as required.
Ensure all packaging designs comply with production and printing standards.
Stay updated with the latest packaging trends, materials, and design techniques.
Required Skills
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of packaging design, typography, color theory, layout, and print production.
Knowledge of packaging materials, dielines, and print specifications.
Ability to prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production vendors.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in packaging design or graphic design.
Experience in designing packaging for educational products, consumer goods, or FMCG products will be an added advantage.
