Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our café team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in preparing specialty coffee and beverages while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, mochas, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
- Deliver excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report stock requirements.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and café operational standards.
- Assist in opening and closing café operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with commercial espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques.
- Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages and café operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour rushes.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
