We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Geotechnical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform geotechnical engineering analyses and design assessments.
- Interpret geotechnical investigation data and develop engineering recommendations.
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design documents, and project deliverables.
- Develop practical and innovative engineering solutions for challenging projects.
- Perform design verification, validation, and technical quality checks.
- Deliver assignments within project schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, reviewers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Apply relevant national and international engineering standards and codes.
- Identify engineering risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
- Participate in technical reviews, project planning, and client discussions.
- Contribute to improving engineering procedures, quality systems, and workflows.
- Support automation initiatives, engineering tools, and standardized templates.
- Share technical knowledge and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in geotechnical engineering and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering principles.
- Experience in engineering analysis, design calculations, and technical report preparation.
- Good understanding of engineering standards, codes, and industry practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in geotechnical consultancy or engineering design projects.
- Familiarity with geotechnical numerical analysis and engineering software.
- Knowledge of international engineering standards and design practices.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering projects.
