Job Summary
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team.
- Train and mentor the sales team.
