This role can also extend to working with brands to align clothing choices with their image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing ethnic wear and provide personalized styling advice.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations.
- Build lasting customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on ethnic fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and new collections.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-organized.
- Handle billing, customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales service efficiently.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel retail, preferably in ethnic wear.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of ethnic fashion, fabrics, and styling.
- Target-oriented with a passion for fashion and customer engagement.
Pay: ₹25,000.82 - ₹35,322.12 per month
