75WAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT company specializing in Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI/ML Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Enterprise Software Development. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Sales team.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with proven experience in Inbound & Outbound IT Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling leads generated through LinkedIn, Digital Marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other marketing channels, while also driving outbound sales initiatives and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert inbound leads generated through LinkedIn, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate business opportunities through outbound sales, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and requirement discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project handovers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Strong experience in both Inbound and Outbound Sales.
- Hands-on experience handling leads from LinkedIn and Digital Marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, MERN Stack, AI/ML, Python, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Experience working with CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
