Looking for a trustworthy and responsible Driver & Properties In-Charge.
This is not only a driving job. Work includes:
- Driving car & two-wheeler for office, building and personal errands.
- Visiting buildings and following up on maintenance/repairs.
- Coordinating electricians, plumbers, carpenters and tenants.
- Banking, purchases, documents and other field work.
- Car upkeep and minor building-related assistance.
Requirements: Valid driving licence, good Chennai knowledge, WhatsApp/Maps/UPI skills, flexible attitude and good follow-up. Own two-wheeler preferred. Comfortable around dogs. One weekly off; day may vary.
