You'll independently plan and run shoots — turning content ideas into scheduled, executed episodes by coordinating anchors, camera, editing, and logistics. Ideal for someone who's naturally organized and wants to own production from brief to final footage.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage shoot schedules, call sheets, and day-of logistics
- Coordinate anchors, cinematographers, and editors to keep shoots on track
- Prep scripts, props, locations, and equipment ahead of each shoot
- Run point on-set — managing time, flow, and any issues that come up
- Ensure footage is properly handed off and organized for editing
- Work with the strategy team to turn content briefs into shoot-ready plans
- Track multiple shoots/projects simultaneously and flag risks early
Who We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable managing people and timelines under pressure
- Clear communicator who can coordinate across creative and technical teams
- Solution-oriented — stays calm and adapts when shoot days go sideways
- Freshers with event/production/college-fest coordination experience encouraged to apply
Nice to Have
- Experience as a production assistant, AD, or event coordinator
- Familiarity with video production workflows and terminology
- Basic understanding of scripting, shot lists, or storyboards
- A track record of managing multiple moving parts successfully
