What you’ll do
- Lead bar operations and ensure consistent beverage quality.
- Develop and introduce creative, contemporary cocktails and signature drinks.
- Train and mentor bar staff on modern techniques, presentation, and service standards.
- Maintain stock control, beverage costing, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure a professional, safe, and guest-focused bar environment.
Must-have skills
- Strong knowledge of FL license processes, compliance, and related systems.
- Proven experience in bar management and modern mixology.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-standard, professional environment.
- Attention to detail in inventory, hygiene, and cost control.

- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
