We are looking for an AI Agent Manager to design, deploy, and supervise our fleet of AI agents.
You will work with intersection of product, engineering, and operations, ensuring our agents are reliable, safe, and delivering measurable ROI. Your goal will be move us from "AI as a chat tool" to "AI as a digital workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Orchestration: Design multi-agent systems to automate complex business processes.
- Evaluation & Benchmarking: Build "evals" to test agent accuracy, latency, and success rates.
- Safety & Governance: Monitor for hallucinations and ensure agents follow security protocols.
- Tool Management: Connect agents to internal APIs, databases, and third-party software.
- Optimization: Continuously refine system prompts and logic based on performance data.
Skills & Qualifications
- Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with tools like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Python and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Prompt Engineering: Advanced skills in Chain-of-Thought and ReAct prompting techniques.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to map out manual workflows and translate them into logic.
- Data Analysis: Experience tracking KPIs to prove agent efficiency and cost-savings
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
