Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel and daily schedules.
- Prepare and organize MIS reports, presentations, business documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners and other stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Track important tasks, commitments, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails and other communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action trackers.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs, summaries and analysis as required.
- Support the MD in monitoring key projects and business initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and action points.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the MD’s office.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- MBA, Business Administration, Office Management or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience working with senior management/MD/CEO will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
