Job Title: Staff Nurse (Residential)
We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and dedicated School Staff Nurse for our residential campus at Seth M. R. Jaipuria Schools, Babatpur Campus.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the health and medical needs of our hostel boarders and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary healthcare and first-aid treatment to residential students and hostel boarders.
- Maintain comprehensive medical logs and health records of all hostellers.
- Administer medications safely as prescribed by doctors and monitor recovery.
- Coordinate with the school panel doctors or local hospitals in case of medical emergencies.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and health protocols within the hostel premises.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) degree or diploma.
- Experience: 1–3 years of nursing experience (Experience in a residential school setting or pediatric ward will be preferred).
- Skills: Good communication skills, empathetic nature, and ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Mandatory: Since it is a residential role, the candidate must be willing to reside on the campus/hostel premises.
