Experience Required: 2–4 years in restaurant or hotel service operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Supervise restaurant floor operations during service hours.
* Lead stewards and captains to ensure efficient guest service.
* Take guest orders and ensure proper coordination with the kitchen.
* Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
* Train junior staff on service standards and guest handling.
* Ensure proper table setup and smooth day-to-day restaurant functioning.
* Assist F&B Manager in operational duties and inventory checks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
