We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and visionary Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in-person. As the Head Chef, you will be the creative and operational anchor of our culinary department, responsible for designing innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, maintaining exceptional food quality, and ensuring a highly profitable and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef, preferably within a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or high-volume premium restaurant
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Cuisine Expertise: Strong command over both authentic local regional cuisines and popular international/continental culinary trends.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen under pressure, delegate effectively, and resolve conflicts smoothly.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of kitchen math, including food costing, portion control, and budgeting.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
