B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc./MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Job description
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network, servers, systems, and applications to ensure availability and performance.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, hardware, and IT devices.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, Active Directory, email, and security policies.
- Perform system backups, recovery, patch management, antivirus, and security monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain IT assets, system documentation, configurations, and inventory records.
- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and connectivity.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
- Implement and maintain IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees and internal teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and networking.
- Experience with backup solutions, antivirus, patch management, and system security.
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and server monitoring tools.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
