We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Leader to lead performance marketing and customer acquisition initiatives. This role reports directly to senior leadership and requires someone who has successfully built and scaled marketing functions within B2C Product, D2C, Consumer Internet, E-commerce, or Marketplace businesses.
This is not a pure branding or agency management role. We are looking for someone with strong execution capabilities and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Performance Marketing initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid channels.
- Build scalable lead generation and demand generation strategies.
- Own marketing funnel optimization and conversion improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
- Build, mentor and scale high-performing marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and Leadership teams.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, Conversion Rate and Revenue Growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
