Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Site Engineer – Telecom to supervise and execute telecom site activities, including installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role involves coordinating with technicians, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of site activities. (Glassdoor)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute telecom installation and commissioning activities.
- Monitor and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Handle telecom O&M and preventive/corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Identify and troubleshoot site-level technical issues.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and utilization at sites.
- Ensure compliance with company and customer safety procedures.
- Attend site issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure proper work execution.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in telecom/site operations preferred.
