Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Initiate contact and maintain healthy, positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer complaints, queries, or feedback, and resolve them efficiently to ensure a high satisfaction rate.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on customer expectations and share feedback.
- Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, profiles, and histories in our database systems.
- Retention & Engagement: Periodically follow up with clients to ensure they are getting maximum value from our services/products, helping to drive customer loyalty.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Support, Relationship Executive, Sales, or Client Success).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written) with a confident approach to handling client conversations.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Technical Comfort: Basic familiarity with computers and standard tools like Microsoft Excel or initial exposure to any CRM tools.
Job Details & Compensation
- Location: Jaipur (On-site / Full-time)
- Experience Level: 6 Months
- Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Standard budget is 30k; open up to 35k for exceptionally skilled/polished candidates)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
