We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service Management to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, shaping and executing strategies that deliver world-class client service across Asset Servicing and other lines of business.
- Develop and drive enterprise client reporting capabilities by focusing on service governance and a single enterprise view for the client.
- Plan and prioritize work by defining scope, goals, milestones, dependencies, and sequencing effectively.
- Translate business goals into clear deliverables for product, tech, operations, and analytics teams.
- Manage stakeholders by aligning senior leaders, business teams, tech teams, and control/support functions.
- Provide cross-functional leadership by connecting product managers, engineers, data teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Lead enterprise-level data analysis projects by applying advanced statistical techniques, ML, and AI models to extract actionable insights that drive business strategy and improve client experience and BNY’s commercial goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and methodologies.
- Direct, motivate, and mentor team members to maximize their individual contribution, professional growth, and effectiveness.
- Support financial and strategic objectives through process improvement, automation opportunities, and AI integration to generate efficiencies.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- 10+ years in the investment banking industry with a strong understanding of financial domain concepts.
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI, and BI infrastructure), along with hands-on AI experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive results in a client-centric environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- People management experience would be an added advantage.
