On-Camera Presenter / Real Estate Content Host
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly presenter to be the face of SAT Real Estate across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting luxury properties, explaining investment opportunities, interviewing clients, and creating engaging video content that builds trust and generates qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Present luxury properties on camera for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos.
* Host property walkthroughs and showcase key features.
* Explain investment opportunities, payment plans, ROI, and community highlights.
* Deliver scripts naturally and confidently.
* Conduct interviews with clients, developers, and company leadership.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and execution.
* Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and market insights.
* Attend property launches, events, and site visits.
Requirements
* Excellent spoken English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Confident and natural on camera.
* Well-groomed with a professional appearance suitable for a luxury brand.
* Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, or TikTok.
* Comfortable memorizing or improvising scripts.
* Willingness to travel for property shoots and events.
* Basic understanding of social media trends.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in real estate, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or media.
* Previous experience as a presenter, anchor, influencer, or content creator.
* Basic knowledge of video production and social media platforms.
