About the Role
We are building customer-facing AI agents that change how customers discover, decide, and buy. This is a hands-on Lead PDM role: you own the agent experience end-to-end — from customer problem and intent, through dialogue and grounding, to the action that resolves it. You build on Salesforce's Agentforce 360 platform — the Agentforce agent layer grounded in Data 360.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own the agent experience and roadmap — define which customer problems are worth solving with agents, the target outcomes, and the path to get there.
- Build agents in Agentforce — configure agents in Agentforce Builder.
- Write and manage prompt templates — author, ground, version, and govern prompt templates as living assets.
- Define actions — specify the actions agents take to complete jobs.
- Stand up the data foundation in Data Cloud (Data 360) — partner with engineering to set up data spaces, streams and Data Lake Objects (DLOs).
- Own trust, safety, and quality — set policies for accuracy, transparency, escalation, and fallback.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
