Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the Outpatient Department (OPD).
- Facilitate smooth patient flow and minimize patient waiting times.
- Coordinate consultant schedules, appointments and OPD sessions.
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, consultants and hospital departments.
- Assist patients and attendants with appointments, enquiries, guidance and service coordination.
- Monitor patient experience and address service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with Billing, Diagnostics, Nursing, Medical Records and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure consultants are provided with the necessary operational and administrative support for smooth OPD functioning.
- Maintain OPD statistics, MIS, reports and daily operational records
- Assist in managing patient appointments, registrations and scheduling processes.
- Support implementation of hospital policies, quality initiatives and patient service standards.
- Escalate operational issues to the appropriate authorities for timely resolution.
- Participate in patient satisfaction and service improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with consultants, patients, attendants and hospital staff.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients and attendants with empathy, patience and professionalism.
- Good organizational, coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy hospital environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
