Key Responsibilities
Lead creative strategy and brand development for clients.
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing social media campaigns. Manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation and business growth.
Oversee content creation, graphics, videos, reels, and digital campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and maximize ROI.
Lead and coordinate designers, content creators, videographers, and marketing teams.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Branding, Digital Marketing, or Creative Leadership.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing.
Proven experience in social media strategy and campaign management.
Excellent understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital marketing.
Strong analytical, creative, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in business growth strategies is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
