The Mission
Your job isn’t to fill roles. Your job is to build retail teams that customers remember. We’re looking for an experienced TA Specialist - Retail who understands frontline hiring, thrives in high-volume environments, and knows how to balance speed, quality, and culture fit.You’ll help shape the people who represent Uni Seoul across every store interaction.You spot potential. You close fast. You build pipelines before the need exists.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Talent Radar
- Own end-to-end recruitment for retail store roles.
- Hire Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Operations teams.
- Source talent through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and on-ground sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong retail talent pipeline.
The Store Builder
- Partner with retail and operations leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Support hiring for store launches and expansion plans.
- Ensure every hire aligns with Uni Seoul’s culture and customer experience standards.
The Speed Closer
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and joining conversions.
- Balance fast closures with strong quality standards.
- The Candidate Experience Curator
- Deliver a seamless and engaging hiring journey.
- Represent Uni Seoul’s culture and brand in every interaction.
The Pipeline Architect
- Maintain recruitment trackers and talent databases.
- Track hiring metrics and improve processes.
- Stay updated on retail hiring trends and market insights.
What You Bring to the Table
- 06months - 1 year years of recruitment experience (retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
- Experience in frontline or high-volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and execution focus.
- Passion for people and retail environments.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience hiring for retail stores or retail expansion.
- Experience conducting walk-in or bulk hiring drives.
- Understanding of store operations.
