Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the Mobile Accessories & IT Products industry
- Proven experience in branch operations and team management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to achieve branch sales and operational targets
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
- Ensure the team achieves monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor branch sales performance and prepare reports
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Coordinate with management on business strategies and branch performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Train and develop team members to improve performance
- Drive business growth and maintain a productive work environment
Salary - 250 BD to 350 BD + Accomodation + Visa + Medical Insurance
