We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our government bidding operations in Uttar Pradesh. You will be responsible for the end-to-end tendering lifecycle—from tender identification to contract closure—for our fire safety, protection, and civil construction portfolios.Key Responsibilities
- Tender Identification & Analysis: Monitor portals like the eProcurement System Government of Uttar Pradesh and the Central Public Procurement Portal for relevant fire safety and construction bids.
- Bid Preparation & Management: Strategize and prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, ensuring strict adherence to tender terms and financial estimations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across UP state departments (e.g., PWD, Housing Boards, local municipal corporations).
- Liaison & Negotiation: Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and technical evaluations.
- Target Achievement: Drive revenue by successfully closing bids and meeting assigned regional sales targets.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven B2G (Business to Government) sales experience in the construction, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), or Fire & Safety sectors within Uttar Pradesh.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fire safety norms, construction materials, and government procurement processes. [1]
- Portal Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating the eProcurement System Government of Uttar Pradesh and holding an active Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate. [1, 2]
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Civil/Fire Engineering, or a related field.
- Language: Strong proficiency in Hindi and English; familiarity with local Lucknow and UP administrative protocols.
