Role description
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage, support, and enhance enterprise endpoint and workplace technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Windows administration, application packaging, VDI, and PowerShell scripting. This role will also provide technical guidance, drive automation, and support continuous improvement across the EUC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the SME for End User Computing (EUC) and endpoint management.
- Manage and support Microsoft SCCM (MECM), Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Manage software deployment, patch management, OS upgrades, and device lifecycle.
- Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
- Support Citrix and VMware Horizon VDI environments.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint and workplace technology issues.
- Monitor endpoint performance, security, and compliance.
- Work with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver reliable end-user services.
- Mentor support teams and provide technical guidance when required.
- Maintain technical documentation and use ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management.
- Drive automation and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft SCCM (MECM) – Mandatory
- Microsoft Intune – Mandatory
- Endpoint Management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows 10 & Windows 11 Administration – Mandatory
- Software deployment and Patch Management
- Device Management
- Windows Installer (MSI/MSIX), Registry, Services, and File System
- Experience with:
- Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops or VMware Horizon
- Application Packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V, EXE)
- InstallShield, Advanced Installer, AdminStudio, or similar tools
- PowerShell scripting – Mandatory
- ServiceNow – Mandatory
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
