Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in premium fashion, luxury retail, designerwear, ethnicwear, bridalwear, or occasionwear.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide a polished, premium in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest outfits based on occasion, size, style, and budget.
- Drive sales conversions and contribute to monthly store targets.
- Build strong relationships with new and repeat customers through active clienteling.
- Follow up with customers over WhatsApp/calls for product options, trials, order confirmations, alterations, and delivery updates.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across collections, fabrics, silhouettes, pricing, and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate with the store team for stock availability, billing, trials, alterations, and order handovers.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English, with a presentable and well-groomed personality.
- Must be based in Ludhiana or willing to work full-time from the Ludhiana store.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
