Salary: ₹300,000 – ₹350,000 gross annually
Monthly gross: Approx. ₹25,000 – ₹29,000

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service and assistance requests through calls, chats, emails, or internal platforms.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Hindi and English.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or support.
- Register, update, and follow up on service requests in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers when required.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and service-oriented attitude.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and escalation protocols.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
- Support the team in daily contact center operations.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in Hindi.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Customer service attitude and willingness to help others.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with systems, emails, and service platforms.
- Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in contact center operations.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in BPO, customer support, contact center, voice process, back office, or assistance services will be an advantage.
