Job Overview :-
The Receptionist cum Store Manager is responsible for managing the school's front office operations while also overseeing the school store/inventory. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient inventory management, and a positive experience for students, parents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities :-
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to school security procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
- Monitor inventory movement and prepare periodic stock reports.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and security of inventory items.
Qualifications :-
1) Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Arts).
2) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5) Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
